# Community Growth Pool

### The Community Growth Pool

The Community Growth Pool rewards people who actively use HUMB. It is funded from the Ecosystem and Community allocation of 30,000,000 H2P, and each year HUMB sets how many tokens go into the pool. Rewards are paid in H2P for verified activity on the platform, such as trading, taking part in governance votes and completing healthcare programs, and they are separate from HUMB's profit and revenue.

**Eligibility Requirements**

* Complete KYC verification on HUMB
* Hold at least 10,000 H2P
* Be active on the platform during the year through trading, governance participation, or other qualifying activities

**Distribution Timeline**

* Each participant's share of the pool is based on their verified activity over the year
* Eligibility is assessed at the end of each year
* Rewards are paid in H2P tokens directly to eligible wallets within 30 days of assessment
